Neta Davidie architects specialize in planning and building in old urban neighborhoods of Tel-Aviv Jaffa, such as Bitsaron, Ramat Israel and Hadar Yosef. These neighborhoods require a broad understanding of complicated zoning instructions and experience dealing with restrictions such as difficult access and existing neighbors above or below the building site. In order to maximize building rights and best utilize the space, patience and creative thinking are required.
